Ensure that new employees don’t just understand the what but also the why. This involves explaining the company’s mission to new hires and how their role contributes to the company’s goals. If employees understand how they are making an impact on the company, they are more likely to be motivated and committed to their work.

Frequent communication is the key when training new employees. It is important that you prioritize clear communication and are patient with new employees as they adjust.
